If you like what you see and you’re interested in getting started….
- We first set up a free consultation at your residence in order to assess your diet/lifestyle. At the end of the consultation we will schedule a cook date. I will then customize a menu based on your personal tastes and e-mail it to you for your approval!
- On the day of your cook date I will shop for your groceries and come to your home with all of my own equipment to prepare your meals.
- I will then package and label all of your meals with detailed heating instructions.
